WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing on most items and up to 7-10 business days for custom items. You will receive email updates when your order has shipped. Please double check your shipping information at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect mailing addresses or orders lost or delayed in the mail.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, please visit our Returns Page if you’d like to return your item(s). Returns are not available on custom items but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We ship all standard orders via USPS First Class Mail. Wholesale orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

We do our best to restock items as quickly as possible. You can subscribe to our mailing list to be emailed when items are back in stock and new items are launched.

WHAT IF I FORGOT TO USE MY CODE?

We are unable to apply discount codes post-purchase. You are welcome to use your code on your next purchase if it is still valid.

HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR THE CLOTHING?

Care Instructions: Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low.

WHAT DO I USE TO WRITE ON MY BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT?

We recommend a new fine tip sharpie, but other markers and pens will work as well. Always test your pen of choice on the back first to make sure you are happy with how it dries before writing on the front.
